Career - Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a high-ownership Digital Marketing Specialist who can think, analyze, test, and execute end-to-end digital marketing, not just set up ads. This role owns the entire growth engine: audience research → ICP definition → channel strategy → campaign execution → measurement → iteration. You will work closely with founders/leadership and are expected to make clear, defensible decisions backed by data.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy, execution, and optimization.
Research and define data-backed customer segments and ICPs.
Translate ICP insights into messaging, campaigns, and landing pages.
Select and prioritize growth channels with clear strategic rationale.
Plan and run structured marketing experiments with measurable outcomes.
Execute full-funnel campaigns across search, paid social, and retargeting.
Optimize landing pages, CTAs, forms, and conversion flows.
Build and manage lookalike, retargeting, and exclusion audiences.
Own conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel performance.
Report weekly insights, learnings, and next actions to leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience owning digital marketing beyond ad setup.
Strong skills in ICP research and customer segmentation.
Hands-on expertise with Google Search and LinkedIn Ads.
Proven full-funnel campaign execution experience.
Solid understanding of analytics, attribution, and CAC/LTV.
Data-driven mindset with strong strategic thinking.
Ability to clearly communicate results and decisions.

Additional Desired Skills (Not Required)

Experience with B2B SaaS or data-driven products
Basic SQL or data analysis skills for marketing insights
Understanding of API-based or technical products
A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Experience working with long sales cycles and demo-led funnels
